These placeholder terms cover the Spiral early-access period; the full terms will be published here before public launch.

The service. Spiral, a service of Spiralytics, Inc., sets up and manages online advertising for your business. Plans are billed weekly in Philippine pesos. Your ad budget is separate, prepaid weekly, and spent on the ad platforms on your behalf.

No lock-in. You can pause or stop at any week. Paused weeks are not billed.

Fair use. You agree to advertise only a lawful business you own or represent, and that the information you give us is accurate.

No guarantees. We work to bring you customers, but ad results vary by market and budget and are not guaranteed.
